Triton’s simultaneous multi-wavelength allows us to treat a broader range of hair and skin types with a high level of power.
The Triton has two hand pieces:
Triton Duo Light: Using wavelengths of 755nm/810nm (Alexandrite and Diode) and a simultaneous blend, this handpiece is more effective for light and fine hair as well as skin types I to III but can be optimized for all skin types and hair colors/thicknesses.
Triton Duo Dark: Using wavelengths of 810nm/1064nm (Diode and Nd:YAG) and a simultaneous blend, this handpiece is used to effectively and safely treat darker skin types with a high peak power.
HOW DOES TRITON WORK?
During treatment, laser beams of the most common hair removal wavelengths (diode, alexandrite, or yag) pass through the skin targeting the hair follicles. The penetrating energy then heats up the root of the hair, which in turn prevents future hair growth.

HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE REQUIRED?
At your initial appointment with us, you’ll meet with Dr. Patel or one of our expertly trained care consultants to discuss your aesthetic goals. The designated treatment areas will be carefully examined and a treatment plan will be created especially for you, tailored to your specific needs.
Generally, hair is reduced with each treatment and results are observed after four to six sessions. The number of sessions will differ depending on your hair color, hair type, body area, and skin tone.

DOES TRITON WORK ON WHITE OR VERY LIGHT HAIR?
Unfortunately, no. All laser technology available produces results by targeting the pigment in the hair follicle. With white or extremely pale hair, there is no pigment so the laser cannot effectively hear the follicle in order to cause the damage necessary to not grow back again.
